CITY VISION INTRODUCES THE LAUNCH OF THE NEW CITY VISION INSTITUTE

FIRST INAUGURAL COURSE: BIBLICAL INTERPRETIVE METHODS: This course will cover Bible study methods and basic hermeneutics and covers various forms of biblical interpretation in the various biblical genres.  In addition, the course will also discuss the canonicity of Scripture and how the Bible came to be. Other topics include Apocrypha writings, discussion of the pros and cons of various Bible translations, and Bible study tools.

CLASS LEVEL: The City Vision Institute seeks to fill a unique niche for those who wish to go deeper than their personal quiet time, Bible studies, and adult Sunday School classes.  Our courses are designed for those who want to learn biblical truths and leadership skills with other innovative Christians who want to impact the Kingdom as they become deployed leaders.

TRACKS: The City Vision Institute is launching with three tracks:

• Bible Track
• Leadership Track
• Ordination Track

Who should take City Vision Institute classes?  The goal of the program is to have an inter-generational and multi-cultural classroom learning environment from the following students:

• Lay leaders/people
• Those needing CEUs
• College/seminary students
• Pastors and church planters (including ethnic/immigrant leaders)
• Anyone interested in growing in their Christian faith and walk

When and where are the classes held? Future classes date and time to be determined.

Course costs depend on what level you are taking the class at: Audit Level; Certificate Level; Continuing Education Units Level; Credit Level for College/Seminary; Ordination/License Track Levels.  Please check the website at  www.cvitc.org For more info on registration and costs.

All courses include the costs for the textbooks (except for Credit Level-College/Seminary levels with additional textbooks required).
