City Vision Team members are involved in cross-cultural E2 and E3 missions work in the Greater Twin Cities area of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota as well as in other US cities. City Vision Team members also work in missions efforts revolving around church planting, partnerships, church based outreach/evangelism, city reaching, teaching/training, and research. City Vision is a unique Christian non-profit ministry. Much of the ministry of City Vision is cutting-edge, never been done before, new ministry models for the 21st Century Church operating in a new missions paradigm. We are currently expanding our ministry programs, products, and projects and require additional staff to meet our strategic growth plans for the future. City Vision is actively recruiting highly qualified like minded Christians to join our staff.

Learning Clusters Facilitator
Creates and facilitates church/parachurch leaders in affinity based or geographic based learning clusters.
Research Associate
Conducts research and analysis on ethnic groups, church trends, unreached peoples, world religions, cult/sect/occult groups, etc. Compiles and writes reports and gives presentations to serve church planting and outreach efforts. Teach others how to conduct research.
Assistant Director/Associate Director/Executive Director
This position is an evolving position that starts out as Assistant Director and then will evolve over several years to Associate Director and finally to Executive Director. You will work closely with the President and learn his job over a three year period and replace about 80% of his current workload. You will manage the day to day operations of the organization and supervise all Team members and work with the Board of Directors. You will have major input into the short-term and long-term operations of the organization. This is a long-term position with the expectation that you would stay 10 years or more with the organization helping it to grow to the next level.
Fund Development Director
Chief responsibilities revolve around conducting fundraising for the organization from individuals, churches, Christian business leaders, and foundations. This person will track and organize the fundraising data and lead annual fundraising campaigns and set fundraising goals. They will also write grant requests to foundations and churches.
Office Manager/Operations Manager
Chief duties are interfacing daily with City Vision clients, managing volunteers, and interns. Basic office duties such as Quickbooks, typing, answering emails, creating documents, editing books, prepping training material, organizing details for events and projects, interfacing with other Team members on their assigned projects, attending meetings.

Salary and Benefits:
Currently City Vision Team members meet their financial needs through support rasing based on financial support given from individuals, churches, Christian businesses, and Foundation grants.
Seconded Staff:
Some of City Vision’s staff are seconded individuals from other ministry/missions/church organizations on a part-time and full-time basis.
To be considered for City Vision staff positions:
- You must endorse the City Vision Statement of Faith
- Have intentions to serve with City Vision for at least 2.5 years
- Submit your resume
- Have a signed written agreement from your seconding agency
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be able to work legally in U.S.
- Obtain pledges/support equal to 100% of approved personal ministry budget
